The online store thunder.lv delivers orders using the DPD service.

1. Delivery methods

Delivery is carried out by courier to the specified recipient's address.

Depending on the region, delivery address and availability of services at the time of ordering, delivery may be carried out by DPD.

2. Delivery territory

Delivery is carried out within Latvia and to other countries of the European Union, if such an option is available when placing the order.

Available delivery options, cost and estimated time are displayed during the checkout process depending on the recipient's country.

3. Delivery times

Most items on the website thunder.lv are supplied to order.

The estimated time for the goods to reach us is 15–20 working days. After the goods arrive at our warehouse, the order is prepared for shipment and handed over to the delivery service for onward dispatch to the customer.

The final delivery time depends on the delivery time of the goods to us, the destination country, carrier workload, holidays, and other logistical circumstances.

4. Order handover for delivery

After the order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order is put into work for the supply of goods to order.

First, the goods are delivered to us. The estimated time for such delivery is 15–20 working days. After the goods arrive at our warehouse, the order is prepared for shipment and delivered to the customer via the DPD delivery service.

After the order has actually been dispatched, the customer may be sent tracking information if such an option is provided by the chosen delivery service.

5. Buyer's obligations upon receipt

The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the delivery data provided before completing the order.

Upon receipt of the order, it is recommended to check the external condition of the packaging. If the packaging has obvious damage, signs of opening or other visible defects, it is recommended to document this upon receipt and immediately contact the seller.

6. Undelivered or delayed shipments

If delivery is delayed, the buyer may contact us to inquire about the status of the order.

The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier's actions, supplier delays, force majeure, errors in the delivery address, the recipient's absence at the address, or other circumstances beyond the seller's reasonable control.
